Which operating systems are supported?

Currently we support Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Millenium, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista.

Apple Mac OS X and Linux are not directly supported. However, you could use a virtual machine (such as VirtualBox) to play.

I get this error message: "EAppSockettErr:SSL_get_verify_result(9) or EappSockettErr:SSL_get_verify_result(10)". What does it mean?

This means that your system date is incorrect. The easiest way to correct it is to double-click on your Windows clock which is normally located in the lower right side of your screen.

After starting the installation routine, the program freezes. Why is that?

Close all other running programs. If the installation doesn't continue after this, restart your computer and try again. Should any problems persist, please write an E-Mail to our support team at support(at)fatbetpoker.com. Try to give us a detailed description of the problems, and tell us what operating system you use and whether there might be any conflicting hardware or software on your computer.

I have a problem with my DNS server. What are the exact IP addresses for your server?

At the moment we use the following addresses: 217.168.164.51 and 217.168.164.57.

I am trying to connect to your server from behind a firewall. Which ports have to be open for it to work?

Usually a "connection error 12003" indicates a problem in this matter.

Our client software needs the possibility to connect to the IP addresses 217.168.164.51 and 217.168.164.57. It uses the port 1111 and the ports from 3333 throughout 3338.

Another solution would be to reset the WLAN router if there is any.
