It is our policy that a cash-out can be made 5 days after the last deposit. Furthermore we limit the number of cash-outs to 4 within a time window of 30 days.

In any case we will, if technically possible, at our sole discretion try to reverse any credit card deposit made in the past. Otherwise we will honor you preferred method. Pending cash outs are generally processed at the beginning of each week.
